A. Our jewelry has a loving sentimental value. Each piece has a different meaning, thought, and style behind it. Each piece of jewelry will come with an orginal sentimental poem that was written by the jewelry designer, Ariana R. Cherry.  


Q. What is our purpose?  Each of our poems that are sent out with jewelry orders all have inspirational messages behind them.  We want to give women a chance to feel good about themselves--not only on the outside, but on the inside as well.


Q: Why makes our jewelry different?
A. Each piece of jewelry has a special meaning making it unique from other types of jewelry. Each piece of jewelry comes with it's own unique original written poem.

Q: Do we care about your privacy?
A. We at Sentimental Jewelry Creations respect your personal privacy. None of your information is shared with third parties. Our shopping carts run on secure servers for an easy worry-free shopping experience for you!

Q: What kinds of payments do we receive ?
A. We accept paypal, credit cards, online checks, personal checks or money orders by mail. All payments made online are all on secure encrypted servers.

Q. What is our goal to get your order to you as soon as possible?
A. Our goal is to get your order to you carefully packaged as soon as possible. As soon as we ship your order, we send you an email confirming that your order has been processed and shipped to you so that you will be ready for its arrival.

Q. How does shipping work in our store?
A. All jewelry items are shipped within 2-3 days after receiving payment. Please allow up to 1 week for personal checks to clear.

Q. Do we offer free dropshipping?
A. Yes. You may ship any of your purchases made here to a different address other than your billing address for free. If you have a special gift you would like to send to a friend or family member, just enter their shipping address instead of your own for no extra charges!

Q. Do we accept returns?
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Sentimental Jewels, please send us an email to mailto:mail@sentimentaljewelrycreations.com and let us know why you are returning your product. We will refund you the full price of your jewelry (without the $3.95 shipping fee included). You have up to 1 week after receiving your jewelry to return it if you are unsatisfied. Please send us your invoice and a statement concerning the problem with your jewelry. Or if you need it resized, you may send it back to us also. We reccomend that you use priority shipping and insurance to guarantee that your product reaches back to us safely.

Q. Do we offer free repairs?

Should you experience any problems with your piece of jewelry,
you may ship it back to us and we will repair your jewelry at no extra cost.


Q. Do we offer customizations?

If you would like a special piece of jewelry made, you may contact us at mail@sentimentaljewelrycreations.com, and we will do our best to design your special order for you!


Q. Do we offer gift-wrapping?

If your purchased item is a gift, email us at mailto:mail@sentimentaljewelrycreations.com and let us know. We charge a small fee of only $3.95 to have your item giftwrapped along with a special card with special wording of your choice. Please give us the correct name and address so that we can guarantee that your receipent receives their special gift.
